Intercruises’ North America team recently handled a high-profile call for Windstar in Seattle. Despite the cruise line being headquartered there, not one of their ships had graced Seattle’s shores in almost three decades.

The Star Legend was on a special detour to the city in the midst of its summer itinerary around Alaska, and became the largest ship ever to sail down Seattle’s Ballard Lock into Lake Union.

The event attracted a lot of both national and international media attention, and even made the front cover of the Seattle Times!

In addition to the great media coverage and reception from the locals, the Intercruises team received fantastic feedback from the cruise line, who described them as having done “remarkable things to bring it all together.” You can read more about the event here (Seatrade Cruise News).

Well done to the team for being a part of history!
