Teams from Intercruises North America and Barcelona recently participated in the introductory rounds of FIRST training sessions – a new training program focused on customer service standards.
Created by Training & Development Manager North America, Jackie Harris, FIRST was launched to support Intercruises’ vision, mission and values statement, focusing on the skills needed to deliver excellent customer service. The program comprises five mini-modules, featuring staff videos and interactive exercises, and aims to encourage high-engagement among trainees. Having already been rolled out in New York, Bayonne, Vancouver and Barcelona this month, the program will also be implemented to other teams around the world.
