We are thrilled to announce that Intercruises has successfully passed its ISO 9001 (Quality Management)  and 14001 (Environmental Management) external audit, thus validating our management systems continue to be in line with the ISO 2015 standards.

Consultants from SGS, recently visited the Intercruises Barcelona and Palma de Mallorca offices to conduct 30-60 minute interviews with each department. During these interviews, Intercruises staff were required to outline and demonstrate their management processes involved, as well as provide evidence to support their claims.

The departments involved in the audit included:

  • Barcelona and Palma de Mallorca Operations – Turnarounds, Shore Excursions, Port Agency, Hotels & Passenger Services.
  • Human Resources
  • Marketing & Communications
  • IT & Facilities
  • Health & Safety
  • Purchasing
  • Commercial
  • Business Processes & Sustainability

Please note that the new certificates have not yet been distributed, however they will be uploaded onto the website as soon as they become available. Please ensure you replace all previous ISO logos with the new logos sent by email from the Business Processes Department on April 16th.
