Intercruises launched its first ever port terminal kiosk in Port Canaveral in May 2015, led by Celeste Gladstone, VP Client Relationships and Alex Anderson, VP Operations North America. There were initial challenges to overcome, from both the port and cruise line, but through transparent communication and teamwork, the North American team has now opened kiosks in Baltimore, Bayonne, Miami, Port Everglades and Seattle, achieving a YoY sales increase of 900% (that is not a typo. 900%). In 2017 they are planning to open further kiosks in Tampa and Galveston. A big congratulations to the North America team, with a special mention to Al Kearse, Nash Petit Bel and Sabrina Edwards, for all their hard work on this project.
