Launched on June 1st 2016 and customized Intercruises’ needs, the IELP enables Intercruises to offer advanced online training to thousands of global team members swiftly and effortlessly, while the robust analytic back-end system tracks the progress, success rate and duration of each individual enrolled in the training.

In just 4 months, Intercruises has delivered seven training courses, culminating in approx. 1250 hours of training to over 1000 employees, including tour guides, port side personnel and senior executives. Some of the feedback received:
