My husband and I wanted to pass on our praise for the check-in lady in Vancouver who helped us reclaim our camera after my husband realised he had left it in the taxi. Armed with only the name of the taxi company and the model & colour of the car, the Intercruises check-in team member managed to track down the taxi whilst it was on its way back from the port.
The Intercruises lady found before boarding the ship and proceeded to escort us to the gangway. We wanted to share this story as your team’s performance speaks volumes about your company that young lady certainly went “The extra mile”

The Intercruises lady in question provided an outstanding service to my family as we boarded the Royal Caribbean Anthem. Due to a mix-up in documents, it initially appeared that my party of four, including two elderly travellers, would not be able to board.
However, the Intercruises team member patiently walked us through alternative solutions and helped us solve the problem, all the while attending to the emotional needs of the elderly travellers. She is an excellent representative of your company.
