The Intercruises Palma Turnaround and Port Agency teams received huge praise and top scores from TUI Cruises after another successful season. It was record season for the cruise line in which Intercruises handled 25 calls and more than 100,000 guests (including a Full Metal Cruise that started and terminated in Palma).

This year, the TUI Cruises team added a quality management tool to their reporting systems – Intercruises posted excellent marks in all categories:

After getting into the “Mein Schiff mood” at the beginning of the season with Mein Schiff 1 and 3  and setting up  the new operation at terminal 3, Mein Schiff 2 experienced a perfect summer season with all six criteria preparation, punctuality, availability, flexibility / problem solution, motivation and overall impression only scored one result: 1 meaning 100 %! Congratulations to the Intercruises team in the office and during the operation at pier and airport.
