Those that completed the survey will have received the Results Summary Presentation, which highlights the main findings, including actual quotes from clients and our Intercruises colleagues related to the perception of the business, our services and communication. There was an even mix of positive and negative feedback regarding Intercruises, our services and communication. Key areas for Intercruises have always been operations consistency, innovative solutions and developing an in-depth understanding of cruise lines’ needs – the survey results reinforced these as elements in which we have improved, but need to continue focusing. The survey was sent to both cruise line and Intercruises teams, enabling a chance to compare the internal and external perception of the business; the results were very similar and it is clear that Intercruises teams know how to enhance our business to better serve the cruise industry. The results are being analyzed in detail by the Intercruises Head Office and Regional management teams, which will develop key objectives to address areas for learning and improvement.
