The Intercruises Head Office successfully passed its audit (conducted by independent auditor, Lloyd’s Register) to maintain its ISO 9001 (Quality management) & 14001 (Environmental management systems) certificates (for the third year in a row). These audits are designed to ensure Intercruises continually improves its business procedures, environmental practices and maintains its status as a forward thinking industry leader. Each of Intercruises’ Head Office departments were reviewed during this audit. The Project Management Department will be distributing best practices learned from these audits which should be adopted by all offices worldwide.
